Hydrogen Peroxide Cures Snoring
6/15/2006: Robert from Lebanon, OH writes, "I have been using Nasonex (a prescription nasal spray) for the past ten years or so based on the recommendation of a family doctor) to alleviate my snoring. After viewing a recent E-mail that listed the many benefits of 3% hydrogen peroxide, I filled an empty Nasonex pump and have given myself the H2O2 for the past 3 nights. My wife reports no snoring. Short test but promising?"

We wrote asking for further clarification. Bob responded back: "I converted a used (empty) Nasonex pump and used it for a single shot into each nostril. Don't be surprised if the user sneezes several times after each application."

5/29/2006: Tasha from NJ writes, "I have been drinking h202. 2 capfulls of 3% in a 20oz bottle of water, for about 4 days. The whites of my eyes have been bright. I have more energy and I have none of my usual pre-menstrual symptoms. I just started menstruating today and to my surprise, I had no symptoms. No cramping, no tenderness of my breasts. I haven't changed anything in my life other than drinking the 3% Hydrogen Peroxide. I would also love to start on the ACV, but I'm wondering how far apart I should take the 2 remedies. Normally have to be burnt off- direct application twice daily causes the skin tag to completely disappear of a period of a week or two.
