Polish intelligence sources have for the first time confirmed that the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) ran a secret prison facility on Polish soil. The admission comes after a report found the CIA had operated prisons for terror suspects in Poland and Romania.

It's video vs. video when cops and demonstrators clash on the streets of Denver. It seems everybody has a camera recording just about everything that happens at protests during the Democratic National Convention. Assisted by inexpensive technology, there are groups dedicated to watching the protesters and groups dedicated to keeping an eye on the police this week. Some are keeping an eye on both, including We Are Change.

It is interesting to witness the response to Alex Jones’ confrontation with Michelle Malkin at the DNC in Denver on August 25. If the comments posted on Infowars are any indication, a large number of people disagree with Alex’s method of confrontation, even find it repulsive. “That was a bit harsh and immature, to say the least. Alex makes himself and the movement against the New World Order look bad by behaving in such a radical manner,” writes one. “Did Kurt Nimmo actually write that she should be arrested? For having an opinion?” adds another.

One of the first was the AT&T Blue Dog fundraiser thrown at Mile High Station. It’s one of the closest venues to Invesco Field at Mile High Stadium, where Barack Obama will accept the Democratic presidential nomination Thursday night. While the delegates were coming in and out of the party, it wasn’t quite so easy for the press.

The DNC saw its first mass arrest on the night of the 25th at the west end of Civic Center Park. Around dinner time a number of protesters had stopped to eat when police entered the park looking to remove them. In a moments notice the signal was given and the protesters took to the streets in front of the Denver court house.
